Walhalla Guide Support

Help for the iPhone app, offline downloads, and audio playback.

Guide text is included in the app. Images and audio can be saved from Settings for the current language.

Audio continues while the phone is locked. The Lock Screen shows playback controls and the current guide item when iOS provides them.

Audio entries use high-quality synthetic voice narration. The voice is not presented as a real person.

Walhalla Guide supports English and German. Changing language refreshes the guide sections and downloaded media choices.

Location permission is optional and is only used when the embedded transit planner starts from your current position.

If a name, position, image, or audio item looks wrong, send the guide section and item number so it can be checked.

Send the device model, iOS version, app language, and a short description of what happened.
