Service
Walhalla Guide provides informational guide content for the Walhalla memorial, including building history, entries about busts and plaques, sculptor information, public images, audio, map references, and visit-planning links.
No Official Affiliation
Walhalla Guide is not the official website or app of the Bavarian Palace Administration. Official opening hours, ticket prices, visitor rules, transport details, and accessibility information can change. Check official sources before travel.
Use of the App and Website
You may use Walhalla Guide for lawful informational and visitor-planning purposes. You must not interfere with the app, website, online guide, media hosting, or related services, or attempt to access systems that are not intended for public use.
App Store Distribution
The iPhone app is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple manages App Store downloads, device compatibility, account-level purchase history, and any App Store-specific support flows under Apple's terms and policies.
No Accounts or Paid Subscriptions
Walhalla Guide does not offer user accounts, paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or user-generated public content. Support communication is handled by email.
Offline Media
The app may let you save public images and audio for offline use. Offline media is provided for personal visitor-guide use and remains subject to the rights and licenses of the original sources.
External Links and Services
The app and website may link to external websites, official visitor information, public media sources, App Store pages, maps, and transit services. Those services are operated by third parties and may have their own terms, privacy policies, and availability rules.
Intellectual Property
The app design, website design, original guide text, brand names, and other original materials are owned by Three Things Media or their respective rights holders unless stated otherwise. Third-party names, artworks, images, sources, and brands remain the property of their respective owners. Credits are listed on the Credits page.
Prohibited Uses
- Using the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Attempting to disrupt, scrape abusively, overload, or reverse engineer non-public systems.
- Removing rights notices or misrepresenting ownership of third-party materials.
- Submitting unlawful, infringing, or sensitive third-party information through support channels.
Warranty and Availability
Walhalla Guide is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep content useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
